**Volume discount eligibility available for practices purchasing 10 or more seats under a single account. Discounts are applied at checkout and reflected in the annual billing total. For custom enterprise pricing, contact our team directly. Volume pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Billing & cancellation: All plans are billed in USD. Annual plans are charged in full at the start of each billing cycle. Monthly plans renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. HIPAA compliance: This platform is designed to support HIPAA-compliant clinical workflows. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required at sign-up for all Practitioner and Enterprise subscribers. It is the responsibility of the subscribing clinician or organization to ensure their overall documentation practices meet applicable federal and state regulations. *Free trial conditions: The 14-day free trial provides full access to Practitioner plan features. No credit card is required to begin. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires selection of a paid plan. Trial data is retained for 30 days after expiration before permanent deletion.
